We're so glad we got to meet the Laney family.

Their girls were just so precious! I know we enjoyed shooting this GORGEOUS session for them last evening.

We can not wait to be able to photograph them more in the future. :)

Always LOVE having session with Mikayla and Tina!

They are always so much fun and we never ever can stop talking,haha.

Mikayla was so happy this time around for photos which made it a little easy on us to capture her smiles :)

This was her 4th session AND we will be seeing them in MAY for her FIRST BIRTHDAY PHOTOS!! how exciting,right?!

This was our second time photographing this family! We love them so much already! Great people.. Very sweet!

Just love little Miss Mckenna who is ALWAYS the boss lady. She won over the fight on this session but we managed to get the most out of it. :) Can't wait to continue to photograph and watch this family grow.

This was our first session yesterday afternoon! We did these at the allandale mansion where there are endless possibilities for photos.

We've enjoyed getting to know her wonderful family and watch her grow.

This makes her 5th session with us. We can not wait to continue to photograph her through the years to come! & Hopefully we do!

She is such a sweet baby girl.

This session was SO much fun to do. We had a lot of laughs.. Little Shea tasted a few flowers.. rolled in them.. etc. You could tell how much she enjoyed just holding a flower. Maybe she will be a great gardener one day? :)

Mommy & Me : Heather

First off before I write you a long story... (LOL)

I just want you to know something..

Hi it's Heather (I'm the one pictured above with my family). 

Emily who is the co-owner of the fabulous business took the time out to do a short mommy & me for me today. I can't tell you how GREAT it is to be working with my lifelong best friend! We never get lonely lol.. Always on EVERY SINGLE shoot together,we edit together,we go almost everywhere together.. haha..

Emily has been here for me through it ALL.

We've been best friends for about 7 years now.. 

I can not imagine this business any other way.. We are basically twins... haha.. we have the same editing style,same posing style,same fantastic ideas. 

I just want you to know how AMAZING and great Emily is! I am not the only one on the page like everyone sees it as. But she's there daily answering questions,posting photos etc. We work as a team. OR as I like to day we work as the Shooting Star Family! lol I appreciate Emily so so much!

She's had to share a lot of stress with me over the past year but she's helped me through it all... She did my birth story of Isabel sat through my grueling labor and delivery.. (True friend,right?) lol

Anyways I just want you to know how thankful I am to have such a WONDERFUL co-owner!!! She is AWESOME! Thank you Emily for such amazing photos I will cherish FOREVER

Now... here I go.

I'm sitting here writing this out tearing up.. Just look at this sweet SPECIAL angel God gave my husband and I. How in the world did we get so lucky for him to pick us as her parents and my sons as her brothers?

She has the most amazing relationship with all of us especially her brothers already. You can tell her mind is always turning she's taking everything in.. All the love in.

She will be 1 in THREE days... how is this even possible? It seems like yesterday she was just born.

Here she is finally getting out of the "newborn stage"

She's showing tons of progress.. you can tell she's developmentally now about the age of maybe a 4-6 month old range. 

I can tell you she has the SWEETEST heart ever... You can lean in and kiss her forehead and she will literally keep on leaning herself in towards you just to get that kiss. She still has not a worry in the world.. she's all about LOVE. 

So here's to a happy birthday to our sweet girl and a happy mothers day to myself! I'm so blessed to have 3 boys and my 1 girl :)

We've been photographing them since 2011 and have watched them grow.

Sweet Peyton was not feeling well during this session but we always manage to get the most heart felt shots no matter what.
